We grew up here in Northern Colorado. We know what these winters do to bad concrete, what these summers do to a lawn with no plan, and how good it feels to step out your back door into a space you're proud of.

So we built SOL to do both sides of the job — beautifully, honestly, and at a price that's actually fair. No subcontractors marking things up. No corner-cutting. Just our crew, our name, and work we'd be happy to put on our own homes.

What do I actually get at the free consult?
A real designer comes to your home, measures everything, and talks through ideas with you — patios, plants, layout, the works. You'll get a clear written estimate with a description, rough drawings and photos of similar past work, texted right to your phone. There's no charge and no obligation. Most people are surprised how much value comes out of one visit.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on size, materials and difficulty — but we're known for fair, honest pricing. We're not the cheapest and not the priciest; we're the quality middle that lasts. Many projects start around $4,000, and with financing available, jobs can start as low as $99/month. We'll always give you a real number and help narrow it to fit your budget.
Do you really do both concrete AND landscaping?
Yes — and that's the whole point. Most companies do one or the other and sub out the rest. We have two in-house divisions, so your driveway, patio and yard are built by one team, on one schedule, with one bill. No subs marking up the price, no two companies blaming each other.
How long will my project take?
It varies by scope, but we take timelines seriously — 97% of our projects finish by the original promised date. At your estimate we'll give you a realistic schedule, and because it's our own crew start to finish, there's no waiting on a sub to show up.
Will my yard be a mess during the work?
We treat your property like it's ours. Our crews keep the site organized as we go and leave the place clean when we're done — it's one of the things customers mention most in their reviews.
Are you insured, permitted, and local?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance, we pull the proper permits for your project, and we're happy to send proof before you sign anything.
